Installation

A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.

Prefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/banner/banner2.tsx instead.

Usage

The file also exports banner2Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.

Behavior notes

• Dismissing a row is real local state (a Set of dismissed ids); once dismissed there is no way to bring a row back without reloading the block, matching a real notification stack.
• Icons are looked up from variant internally rather than accepted as a prop, since this is a Client Component and a Lucide icon reference can't cross the Server-to-Client props boundary from a generated demo page without breaking the route.
• Colors sit at reduced opacity (/80 on the border, /90 on the icon) by design; title and description stay monochrome so the stack never competes with the hero.
• The linkLabel/linkHref pair is optional per row, since not every semantic message needs a follow-up action.
