FAQ With Contact Panel

An accordion FAQ set against a column that sticks while the answers scroll, holding an image tile that floats a live card for the engineer who wrote them and a direct booking action.

Installation

A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its avatar, button, media-slot dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.

npx shadcn add https://staaarter.com/r/faq-with-contact-panel.json

Prefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/faq/faq87.tsx instead.

Usage

The file also exports faq87Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.

import { Faq87, faq87Demo } from "@/components/blocks/faq/faq87";

export default function Page() {
  return <Faq87 {...faq87Demo} />;
}

Behavior notes

  • "use client" because the accordion is real: clicking a question toggles it open and closes whichever other question was open, tracked as a single openIndex state.
  • The image column sticks (lg:sticky lg:top-24) while the accordion list scrolls beside it on large screens; the engineer card is absolutely positioned over the bottom of the photo tile, not stacked below it.
  • "Book a call" is an inert button with no real scheduling integration wired up.
