Feature Cards with Status Ribbons
A three-column grid of icon-led feature cards. Any card can carry an optional diagonal ribbon in its top-right corner (New, Popular, Beta, or any custom label) built with a rotated span, no image or extra markup needed.

Installation
A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.
npx shadcn add https://staaarter.com/r/feature-cards-status-ribbons.jsonPrefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/feature/feature131.tsx instead.
Usage
The file also exports feature131Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.
import { Feature131, feature131Demo } from "@/components/blocks/feature/feature131"; export default function Page() { return <Feature131 {...feature131Demo} />; }
Props
| Prop | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| eyebrow | string | undefined | Small label above the heading; omitted entirely when unset. |
| heading | string | none | Section heading. |
| description | string | undefined | Supporting copy under the heading. |
| cards | RibbonFeatureCard[] | none | Feature cards; each optionally carries a corner ribbon label. |
| className | string | undefined | Extra classes for the outer section element. |
Types
interface RibbonFeatureCard { icon: LucideIcon; title: string; description: string; ribbon?: string; }
Behavior notes
- Plain server component, no interactivity anywhere in the block.
- The ribbon is pure CSS: an absolutely positioned span rotated 45 degrees and clipped by the card's `overflow-hidden`, not an image or SVG asset.
- A card with no `ribbon` value simply renders without one, the corner stays empty.
- The ribbon always uses the same `bg-primary`/`text-primary-foreground` treatment regardless of label (New/Popular/Beta) to stay within semantic color tokens, only the text differs.
