Introduction
A GIF's file size on disk isn't always obvious from its pixel dimensions alone; frame count, color complexity, and compression all play a part. This tool reads the raw byte size directly.
It also divides that size by the frame count to give a rough per-frame average, a useful signal for judging how 'heavy' each frame of the animation is on average.
