Installation

A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.

Prefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/footer/footer5.tsx instead.

Usage

The file also exports footer5Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.

Behavior notes

• The clock is real, client-side state: it starts from a fixed literal Date (2024-06-12 09:00:00, never an argless new Date()) so server and client render identically at mount, then a setInterval inside useEffect increments a stored total-seconds count by one every second and is cleared on unmount.
• Open/closed status and the pulsing dot are derived from the same ticking hours value compared against openHour/closeHour, not from the real wall clock, so the block renders deterministically in every card thumbnail.
• The day name is taken from the fixed starting date and does not advance across a midnight rollover; only the hours:minutes:seconds readout ticks forward.
• demoProps live in a separate footer5.demo.tsx sibling file (not exported from the "use client" component file) per the client-block demo-split rule.
