Scroll-Triggered Reveal

A FAQ grid where each card starts hidden (translated down and transparent) and animates into its resting position the first time it scrolls into view. Cards are staggered with a per-index transition delay so they settle in one after another rather than all at once.

Installation

A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its badge dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.

npx shadcn add https://staaarter.com/r/scroll-triggered-reveal.json

Prefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/faq/faq62.tsx instead.

Usage

The file also exports faq62Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.

import { Faq62, faq62Demo } from "@/components/blocks/faq/faq62";

export default function Page() {
  return <Faq62 {...faq62Demo} />;
}

  question: string;
  answer: string;
}

Behavior notes

  • Real client behavior: an IntersectionObserver set up in useEffect watches every card and flips it to visible the first time it crosses a 20% threshold, then stops observing that card.
  • The stagger is a real per-card inline transitionDelay computed from array index, not random; the fade/slide itself is a plain CSS transition on opacity and transform.
