Installation

A real shadcn registry command, not a copy-paste stand-in: it fetches this block plus its dependencies and any missing npm packages, and installs them straight into your project.

npx shadcn add https://staaarter.com/r/typewriter-terminal.json

Prefer not to use the CLI? Copy the source from the Code toggle above into src/components/blocks/faq/faq59.tsx instead.

Usage

The file also exports faq59Demo, the exact props behind the preview above. Spread it to get a working section in one line, then replace it with your own data.

import { Faq59, faq59Demo } from "@/components/blocks/faq/faq59";

export default function Page() {
  return <Faq59 {...faq59Demo} />;
}

Behavior notes

  • Real interactivity: clicking a question in the sidebar switches the active entry and restarts a character-by-character typing effect over its answer, driven by setInterval on a fixed 18ms tick and cleared on unmount or re-trigger.
  • The dark terminal chrome (window dots, monospace, near-black background) is a deliberate one-off stylistic exception for this terminal-themed block, still built entirely from semantic tokens plus neutral-950/neutral-800 for the window frame.
  • The blinking cursor after the typed text is a CSS animate-pulse span, purely decorative.
