Behavior notes

• The icon sits inside a circular bg-red-500/10 badge rather than flat against the text, which is what separates this card treatment from the flat-strip alert archetype elsewhere in this category.
• Only the border, badge, and icon carry color; title and description text stay neutral so the card doesn't read as a saturated dashboard widget.
• There's no dismiss control by default, since an error condition should generally clear itself when the underlying state resolves rather than being manually closed.
